Before the out break of World War II, Adolf Hitler and the Nazi party (Brown Shirts) prohibited the rights of Jewish businessman from owning and running shops and businesses in Germany by violence or decree. Germans where allowed to free speech as long as they did not speak out against Hitler, or his party. To solidify their power the Nazi’s established “The People’s Court” (German: Volksgerichtshof) as a result of Hitler’s dissatisfaction with the outcome of the Reichstag Fire Trial (all but one of the accused were acquitted). The “People’s Court” was set up outside the operations of the constitutional frame of law. The court had jurisdiction over a rather broad array of “political offenses”. In 1944 – Carl Friedrich Goerdeler a Conservative German politician, economist, civil servant and opponent of the Nazi regime, was put to death.

In 1944 an American Socialist and 6 time presidential candidate Norman Thomas delivered a speech in which he said, “The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism. But, under the name of “liberalism; they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program, until one day America will be a socialist nation, without knowing how it happened. He also said “ I no longer need to run as a presidential candidate for the Socialist Party. The Democratic Party has adopted our platform.”

Although, we still have the right of free speech, some of us such Mr. Limbaugh are hindered from a speaking out by those groups and individuals who pretend to protect the rights of minorities but attack others for their right of free speech. I am concerned that the United States is following the same path that many other former and current communist countries have taken. The expose a change for the masses and then the change is the oppression of the nation by retracting the freedoms given to us by our founding fathers.

Remember the Hugo Chavez in Venezuela promised to protect the poor. He ran in a democratic election and the swept away the nations constitutional laws to become a brutal dictator. He now is a close alley with Russia and is asking for more destructive weapons, which he will in all likely use against his neighbors in South America that have never threaten his country.

At the close of the Constitutional Convention, a woman asked Benjamin Franklin what type of government the Constitution was bringing into existence. Franklin replied, “A republic, if you can keep it.”

Does Gavino have a point? I would think so to suppress the right of an individual from conducting business and be part of the purchase of a franchise is illegal and constitutional.

This Poem says it all about what is happening to Rush. The MSM media is gleefully piling on because they disagree with just about everything he says and they want him stopped. The Obama administration doesn’t want anybody criticizing them – they started with Rush and are now onto FOX, the MSM better start towing the Obama line or fighting back because they’re in the crosshairs next.

The majority of American voters put this conglomerate of socialist into office. Why? They were “spoon fed” hate for Bush for years [Bush did his part to re-enforce this emotion], they were nursing a terrible “guilt complex” about never having elected a non white President [there is a man named Alan Keys if this was their problem], and many were simply looking for a handout.
What we all ended up with was an individual, who isn’t very bright, and obviously isn’t up to the job of running the Country.
His background, what we know of it, is rooted in Chicago styled politics. This is what little political wisdom he has is based on!!
He has surrounded himself with all manner of odd-ball characters — the type of people, who are allowed to live here, but who should never be put in positions of trust.
We should realize that many “changes” have been going on in our society for years. Environmentalist [a "mainstream" religious group] have long been at the helm. All manufacturing including cars, mining, power production, you name it, has rules and regulations mandated by the EPA, or some government agency. None of these groups or their regulations are subject to public scrutiny …. they simply make their own rules. On the other end of the work force are the Unions.
The time is coming when puppets like Obama will be pushed aside, and the politburo take control of the labor unions, EPA, etc., and our descendants will never the likes of truly being free ……. UNLESS WE GET OUR ACT TOGETHER NOW, AND START MAKING SOME BIG CHANGES IN 2010!!!

Now that I’m retired, I can listen to Rush and give him my undivided attention. It’s intense. Many an “Ahaa!” moment, other times he stokes my resentment at the messiah and his ruinous agenda for our country and then he humors me with a pithy comment that elicits a spontaneous guffaw just before he takes an “obscene profit break.” Hearing him skillfully unravel the NFL brouhaha last week was riveting and it’s far from over. Rush is the biggest obstacle to dear leader’s attempt to remake America and it’s just a matter of time before the chosen one ramps up his efforts to take Rushbo off the air. When it happens, watch out! The good citizens will switch from tea to the hard 100 proof stuff and the parties will go the revolution route.

The liberal “drive by media” as well as these NFL people have no idea what Rush is all about! They don’t listen to him and therefore, jump to all the wrong conclusions. I used to be skeptical of Rush before I listened to him. As someone else has said, he is the Will Rogers of our day. We are fortunate to have him and he’s a voice of reason and truth in a world blinded by political correctness.

On Obama, when he was running for the presidency, the press (or perhaps he) tried to invoke the memory of Reagan to show how he, the “Messiah”, is also a great communicator. He is clearly more similar to Nixon in his paranoia/distrust of media who don’t agree or fawn all over him! He should learn the lessons of history. Reagan was brilliant with a press who hated him. His skin was as thick as it gets. Obama needs to read up on what happened to Nixon since he was a very young child in Indonesia or Kenya during that period of US history!

So let’s understand this. A liberal family can make a fortune through insider trading and one of its number can cause the death of a 28 year old at Cahappaquiddick, get expelled from Harvard for cheating, boast of sleeping with over a thousand women, try to socialize the nation and gets honored, while a conservative is prevented from being part owner of a football team because he is a conservative who has made his fortune honestly from his talent. This is liberalism folks. And Europeans say there is a not a left wing in America!

It’s amazing to me that the US in general is so duped into thinking the way CNN wants them to. If this power play would’ve happened against any democrat, especially a non-white one, no matter how insignificant his/her position, it would’ve been reported everywhere as another ‘good ol’ boy network’ calling the shots, discrimination, and every other slam against Republicans. The tone would’ve been ‘How could they?!’… I could hear it now.

It’s more than a shame, it’s reverse discrimination. It’s been happening a long time but now we’re starting to really see it unfold at the top. This will continue to happen. I don’t know if there will be a civil war but in all honesty, I really want the democrats to get what they want… which at the end of the (long and painful) day will be a whole bunch of people with their hands out but no one doing anything about it.

The democrats have a plan to milk the resources of the rich for all they’re worth… forgetting that someone’s got to actually work to make the money. Either that or they’re just planning on full-on communism where they just tell Americans what to do and the money stops at the government… By the time that happens people like me won’t live here any more anyway..

I find it interesting that the NBA is “thrilled” that a Russian tycoon implicated in a prostitution ring scandal is attempting to buy a controlling interest in the New Jersey Nets but Rush isn’t worthy of being a minority owner in the Rams. I guess the feminists don’t have the same pull as the race baiters,
It’s ashame that the press has become so attached to the Obama presidency. This can be best summed with MSBC’s Chris Matthews statement that his job was to help President Obama be successful. That kind of sentiment has never been uttered on Fox news in support of any Republican.
