SIDESWIPE – One week after President Obama said he wanted to kick ass over the Transocean Deepwater Horizon oil leak, and three months after Democrat members of Congress walked through a Tea Party demonstration on Capitol Hill in an unsuccessful attempt to provoke abuse, Democratic Congressman Bob Etheridge has been filmed assaulting a student who asked about his support of the president’s program. One year ago, the Democratic National Committee referred to their grassroots critics as “angry mobs”. It is pretty clear where mob politics lives in America.

Liberals are cowards and liars. I know that these are strong words but lets look at the facts. A congressman attacks a young students who he believes he can intimidate, a tactic which he would never use against an established news organization. Then there are those who will say anything to get elected and then cower to the liberal leadership and vote on policies that are eroding our nations security and economic prosperity. Well, I think I have said enough for now and I will let the actions of the liberals speak for themselves.
Its time for a change. A nationwide change. A change in the nature of a politician. Public offices are supposed to be held by someone who can be looked up to. A politician should be someone you can aspire to be. Someone who works hard and earns their pay. Not someone who fills his pockets from fundraisers. Nor should it be someone who grabs a student who is trying to get an interview and refuses to let go.
In the current world a “politician” has no positive connotation. That should not be the case.
